Pick up Point

Pick up point is McDonalds Rotorua- 1315 Fenton Street, Rotorua.  You may leave your vehicle in the McDonalds carpark.  Please respect the McDonalds premises and note that niether McDonalds nor Alpine Hot Bus take any responsibilty for theft or damge to vehicles left here. 

Departure Times

Bus departs Rotorua McDonalds at 6.00am.  Bus will stop at the Taupo Boat Harbour for quick toilet / coffee stop.

Bus arrives at the end of the Track at 4.30pm, Departs at 5.00pm.  Returns to Rotorua by 7.00pm.

Please Note: If you are not at the end of the track on time a late fee will apply.

Payment

$40 deposit required to secure all Rotorua bookings.  Once availability has been confirmed, deposit can be paid via online payment including credit cards. 

The deposit is non refundable for bookngs cancelled less than 24 hours in advance of the service.

Balance due on the day of service.  Cash Only.  Cheques or Credit Cards are not Accepted on the day.

Bookings can be made by email info@alpinehotbus.co.nz or toll free 0508 468 287 or by completing our online booking form.  Phone lines open 24/7.

Bookings must be made at least one day before.

If you wish to cancel please email or call as soon as possible.  There is no cancellation fee for bookings cancelled more than 24 hours in advance of the service.  The deposit is non refundable for bookngs cancelled less than 24 hours in advance of the service.
